We have been cooperating with this resource since 2016 and have never doubted the correctness of the choice. Firstly, the database covers 80% of our book supply, and this is despite the fact that we are a Kazakh university. And now that the Kazakh version of the platform has also appeared, we hope to reach 90% provision with the help of a partner database. Secondly, EDPS are dynamic and creative, which sometimes makes it even difficult to keep track of all the innovations and improvements that they come up with ALL THE TIME! The resource continuously increases and expands its functionality, facilitates and improves the possibility of using both online and offline, conducts various trainings up to international forums and conferences.
Feedback is given very quickly, they promptly solve 100% of the issues we have, they are extremely customer-oriented.

Digital transformation, changes in infrastructure, competencies have a significant impact on the activities of university libraries in Kazakhstan. Universities create and develop digital technologies, generate their own information resources, subscribe to foreign databases and electronic library systems (ELS). The choice is huge, the market is diverse. Currently, against the background of the search for new approaches to digitalization processes, a new product that meets the modern needs of users has appeared – we are pleased with the appearance of the IPR SMART system. Satbayev University Library has been a subscriber and partner of IPR MEDIA for 10 years.
Using IPR SMART, we can already say with confidence that this is a new generation system that can be integrated into any university system; the latest digital educational resource that the university needs today both when organizing the educational process online and for blended learning. The system includes both large Russian digital educational resources with extensive functionality and full content of educational materials in the main areas and disciplines of the university, as well as individual solutions and services that can be used by teachers and students to build effective interaction and organize work in a digital environment. We thank the entire IPR MEDIA team for their fruitful work on the IPR SMART product and hope for new joint projects.
